Salty

Viktória SIHELSKÁ We would have a hard time living without salty. Thousands of flavours, and each one carries a memory. Some old, some fresh. For me, flavors are some of the oldest memories. For example, my grandmother's kitchen comes to mind, a kitchen I haven't been in for 25 years. Quality paper in the kitchen is not to be missed. It too will remember tastes when there are lots of practised recipes on it.
